Complimentary Fraud Detection Service
Have some peace of mind knowing that FECCCU monitors your card for potential fraudulent activity. Should we detect something suspicious, you may get a text message and/or phone call to verify your transaction from our automated FECCCU Fraud Detection Center. They will also supply you with a case number.
If you miss our call, simply dial the number back, but be sure to have your case number handy.
If you will be traveling, please contact a Member Service Representative to ensure we have your updated phone number(s) on file. Our Fraud Center will text and/or call you to verify potential fraudulent transactions. Answering to the text message or phone call can prevent your account from being locked from a possible fraud alert by Falcon.

To change your PIN you will need the Reference Number that was on your PIN Mailer. If you do not have this number, there will be a $2.00 fee for a replacement PIN/Reference Number.
